The delivery personnel did a great job. They took their time to explain stuff to us and not damage anything

i had moved everything and they had no problem bringing it in or removing the old frig

All they did was plug in thats it. No packaging was taken out of fridge.

The guys bent the prongs to my old refrigerator, which I was going to use for the garage. Now I have to order a new plug and pay out of pocket to repair that damage incurred by the geek squad delivery. Also, they forgot to bring the stainless steel water line kit . I called twice and hope to get it delivered to me at some point.

The two men from the Geek Squad were pilot and very respectful. They were extremely careful not to scratch our wood floor and or our walls. They explained the features on our new refrigerator.

They did a great job problem solving - we had a tough fridge to remove and a tight squeeze for the new one.

It was good to have it but I did not need it because my existing line was still in good shape. I will return it, only because I did not need it.

Installer was very thorough and neat. Also explained to me that the handle on the turnoff broke off but did not try to hide it. He showed it to me and it looked like the previous installer had broken it but did not tell me.

The ice machine is too small. There are two of us and we run out of ice before we both get enough ice.

The installation was less than expected. The order indicated, based on my door opening, that the new refrigerator doors would have to be removed to get it into the house. One of the technicians insisted that they can do it without removing the doors, well that backfired, took longer, than finally doors were removed. In the process my door frame into the house, was damaged. I indicated that I was replacing that door and to leave the damage. The installation took longer due to technicians insistence of not removing the refrigerator doors.

The installer did a great job. They installed the new fridge with water line for the icemaker. They called ahead the night before and the day off. Arrived on time and worked quickly.

Quick and efficient no damages so no complaints. I did need a different hose valve which ran me another 90$.

Delivery was right on time. They were very fast at removing our old refrigerator and installing the new Samsung. They were very careful when installing the new water line and had it operating quickly with no problems or leaks. Great job gentlemen!
