Two installers were on time, polite and well prepared. Removed old fridge and installed new fridge in less than an hour. They worked well together, worked clean and were careful not to cause any damage. Excellent crew.

Excellent and caring installers. They did not just drop off the fridge, they are willing to allow the home owner to clean after removing the old fridge before installing the new one.

First off I feel you have a good product. The installation technicians called ahead of their arrival, Great customer service. They were proficient during the installation and removal processes.

The delivery team was great. They were courteous, polite and place the fridge exactly where I wanted it. They removed all the packaging materials and put the doors on and made sure it worked.

When we order the refrigerator, we already put a note that request to change the door opening. When it deliver, no Change, then request the deliver person to change it and been rejected. Need us to call the service dept. Called and another person come in around 10 days, show up but told us he don’t have parts. Need to call again, then been told need to replaced a new one(?) but nothing in stock. Then, we request to order new parts to fix it. Now the parts arrived and reschedule another one come in next week but still don’t know the result. It already pass the whole month. The main issue is every time call, it need on hold At least an hour and repeat the story again and again. It just a small standard request for a refrigerator but now seen more complicated as expect. It never happen to me before when I purchased in other place.

The guys who installed the appliances were great and super helpful. They were courteous and nice and helped us with a dilemma that occurred. We've always had a good experience with Best Buy deliveries and installation.

Had my fridge delivered and installed. From the time they arrived to having it setup took about 10 minutes. They gave some basic info on what to do to get started first (how much water to run through the filter, how much ice to toss out, etc.)

First, they could not find where to turn off the water line since it was not under the sink. So, they took back the frig and told me to reschedule. That took several days. When they did return, the line had been located, but they said they could not touch it. So, I had to turn the nozzle. No big deal. But to make things worse, they never bothered to level the frig. So, when I push the door closed, sometimes it just doesn't close. I was refunded the installation fee, but that's not the point.

Our ice maker doesn't make ice as usual. We bought the kit to fix it. it is easy to install.
