Install on a refrigerator not difficult. But they do it at the same time as delivery.

The GE refrigerator came and was not installed. No wrapping was taken off, and tape and foam blocks were not removed inside of the unit. The refrigerator was plugged but the team didn't wait long, also, the water line was not connected, It appeared that it was a drop-off, and if it doesn't work call us.

Delivery crew and installers were AWESOME. Helpful, knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Loved working with them!!!!!

Delivery people had it in place and completly ready to go with water and Ice making started in 5 minutes.

The freezer works just fine and the installation was top-notch. The driver was friendly and knowledgable.

This has not been a good experience. The first delivery did not fit through the door, despite the pre-delivery site visit, so we had to order a different fridge model. The second delivery, they did not take the doors off the fridge, and thus caught the water line hookup on the door, bent it, and ripped the metal back-plate that covered the fridge motor - they left that with us, because while we couldn't hook up the water line, it still functioned. The third delivery, the fridge that came from the warehouse had no box, and was dented in multiple places. That delivery team was able to swap out the broken parts on fridge #2 for the intact parts from fridge #3. So, we settled for our frankenfridge, and are moving on with our lives.

Best Buy failed Installation of High Priced Refrigerator. We purchased one of the high end refrigerators, the first one delivered the lights on the shelf didn't work. The replacement came and the doors didn't seal properly causing moisture to build up on the freezer door and the water dispenser sprayed water instead of a stream. The third replacement, they hooked up the water, the power and left. I wasn't able to get the doors properly aligned nor the drawers evening aligned so I called Best Buy and the team they sent out had no idea how to fix the doors and drawers, plus the water dispenser on this one sprays like the 2nd one did.

They did a great job! It was nice to take one thing off the list when moving into our new home.

The installers were great! Prompt, efficient and friendly. They accomplished the installation quickly, removed the debris and made sure everything was working .

best buy sent over knowledgeable installers who installed the refrigerator i bought and they answered alll questions i had on it.

The guys did a great job. Some of the protective wrap is still stuck in the cracks between the sealing surface and the painted surface.

The delivery men worked hard to carry our new fridge into our home and in the kitchen. They preferred to left rather than take apart the doors to squeeze into our little home. Awesome!
