The install team did a great job, was very careful, and explained everything thoroughly. They even helped move our old appliances where we asked which was a big help.

The supplied armored water line worked perfectly once the plumber ran a new pipe to the refrigerators location. The armor gives me comfort as the line should never explode and flood my home.

Third party installer. They are not real careful but got everything in. They didn’t take off all of the protective plastic and told me they couldn’t push the refrigerator all the way back because my plumber didn’t turn the valve to the side. They could have done it themselves but I guess getting it into the house was the extent of their responsibilities

Quick and efficient for installing the new fridge. Just be warned they may not inform you that you'll need to empty your current fridge and have plans for your existing food for 6+ hours until the new one is cold enough.

Canceled and returned product, and purchased Samsung directly. However, I had to buy through Best Buy since Samsung does not install the water valve and extended line.
