The initial delivery did not go well. The unit was damaged but functional and while the installers could have left it the did not tell us. So they took the refrigerator and we had to go back to the store which is an hour away from our home to get the problem resolved. First we were told that a replacement could not be delivered until January 2023 but the people at the Cape Girardeau store said it would be delivered December 15th after 1:00 so my wife and rushed home from work. When we contacted the call center the agent first said he couldn’t find us at all. Then he found the January delivery date. I then told him I wanted to speak to someone at the Cape Girardeau store and he stated he would schedule a call back and someone would call within two hours. Shortly thereafter we received an email that I refrigerator would be delivered today December 16 between 1 and 3 PM. It was.

Installation was professional and quickly completed

This guys that brought our new refrigerator did a great job installing it.

The installers did not level the refrigerator when installed. The doors were also installed incorrectly. one door is higher than the other. When you open one of the doors it starts closing right away and does not stay open.

when they finally came they delivered it and installed it and since i paid for the hual away they took the old one away as well. but left their dolly behind which i had to call them back to get.

The men who came to install the refrigerator went above and beyond for the install. The front door had to be taken off in order to give the extra width to get the refrigerator through the door. They performed the install quickly and explained features of the refrigerator.

Very noisy, love the color, very spacious,the fan is loud.

Took the old refrigerator out and put the new one in place in minutes. No problem, no fuss.

Efficient installation. Best Buy utilized a 3rd Party to remove our previous refrigerator and install the replacement. Courteous technicians but they did not bring shoe booties for our wood flooring. All in all, decent job.

When bringing the refrigerators in and out the door knob was knocked off. The door on the refrigerator was crooked and no one seemed to notice it. The refrigerator was not leveled. Installers were very polite.

First delivery was right on time. The fridge began to make noise immediately so we contacted Best Buy. They searched for a replacement but they were on back order. It took several months to get the replacement but it showed up right when they said and its working great. Best Buy has been great to work with!

Did a good job of setting up the appliance. They could have spent a few ore monutes searching for and removing some of the tapes holding interior compoents in place - found and removed a couple of them several months later.

Fridge was installed correctly and is functioning properly with no issues.

The two young gentleman were very gentle with my new fridge and my house. Had it installed and running quickly.

The Samsung French door bottom freezer refrigerator was great for me. It is small so it fit the space perfectly So far it is working fine

Hello - well its day one. Service from Best buy has been terrific - the delivery went smoothly and the refrigerator was installed without a hitch. Although this unit is counter sized, it has terrific capacity. so lets wee how well it stands up and if there are any problems. Otherwise - very happy.
