Change doors to open from right to left

Third party people just plugged the frig into the outlet without removing all the plastic and the thermocool stuff yhat was blocking the door from closing!!

Tried extra hard to fit it into my kitchen, but had to alter the door into my kitchen later. Haha was in our dining room for a few days....

Smooth install!

The fridge had a minor dent, however customer care assisted and solved the issue.

Bad delivery

I had to wait an additional week for the delivery again. What was most upsetting was the inconsistent help from customer service. Told I was to be called back to reschedule... no call back. I called the next day... told I would get a call... no call back. I called again, for the 5th time to customer service (which is about 2 hours of my time on hold) and finally I get someone who is willing to setup another appointment for me. Installation went well after that. The whole process leading up to an average installation was a pain. I was told I would get a gift card for my troubles. But never received a follow up. I don’t think I will try to order major appliances from Best Buy again.
