The 2 guys that delivered the unit were very polite, professional and efficient. Everything completed within 30-45 minutes.

they did a decent job. They ran into two of my walls and left scuffs that I have to repaint. other then that, they did great

Quick set up...the unit was defective but both deliveries went smooth and the fault rests with Samsung regarding quality control.

When the two gentleman arrived, the were unmasked, one was coughing constantly, and all they had to do is bring in refrigerator and plug it. I asked them not to take the plastic and tape from inside refrigerator for safety reasons but one still kept doing it

Best Buy does a great job installing appliances. Very careful not to damage anything. Hooked up waterline to fridge old one did not have ice or water. They moved old fridge that still work to garage. Sure beats doing all that myself.

The crew was great and very professional. They had to disassemble the doors to get it in the house, but they were fast. My fault for not measuring the door.

Excellent delivery and set up. Delivery personnel were polit e and friendly. Took extra care not to damage anything in house.

Best Buy was great setting up the appointment and keeping me updated on when they would arrive. The people that came to install the fridge were fabulous! There was a scratch on the handle and they helped resolve the situation.

I wasn't very impressed with one of the delivery men, they did some damage to my floor and wall. I was reimbursed for that. He used my existing plastic ice-maker hose even though I was told they were required to replace that with a metal hose. If they had used a dolly instead of their straps I think the move would have gone much smoother. It was very frustrating trying to get help on the phone. I was transferred 6 times and on the line for nearly 45 minutes before being connected with someone that could help. When my bill came I was charged for the metal hose that was never installed or left with me. After a few transfers and another lengthy wait I was finally connected to a helpful person who was able to adjust my bill. So, in the end they did make it right with me it was just a frustrating process. I also don't care for the rating system below.
