I wasn't very impressed with one of the delivery men, they did some damage to my floor and wall. I was reimbursed for that. He used my existing plastic ice-maker hose even though I was told they were required to replace that with a metal hose. If they had used a dolly instead of their straps I think the move would have gone much smoother. It was very frustrating trying to get help on the phone. I was transferred 6 times and on the line for nearly 45 minutes before being connected with someone that could help. When my bill came I was charged for the metal hose that was never installed or left with me. After a few transfers and another lengthy wait I was finally connected to a helpful person who was able to adjust my bill. So, in the end they did make it right with me it was just a frustrating process. I also don't care for the rating system below.

The crew took great care to assure that it was delivered and installed with out any issues. They had to remove the doors to clear one doorway. They were experienced did a good job

This refrigerator has been great. It feels really sturdy. With a nice clean look.

The installation was, ok...they weren't the cleanest in how they handled things and marked up my door horribly with grime and they also didn't change the water hose as I was told policy is for Best Buy. The product was installed correctly though and they were pretty fast.
