The gentlemen who took away the old refrigerator and installed the new one were amazing. The entrance to the kitchen is very narrow. They had less than an inch on each side of the refrigerator. They were extremely careful. They placed the refrigerator in its space, plugged it in, leveled it, and installed the handles. Not a mark on anything. Great people to work with.

The team that delivered and installed were supr professional. There had been an issue where we ordered Laundry units as well as the fridge. And the install was just set up for the fridge due to an error on my part. The team gave me options and even brought the items needed for install with them. I was able to get all of my appliances installed in roughly 35 minutes. No issue, super clean work.

Installation came early and was very fast, including removal of our old refrigerator. The deliverymen were very careful, extremely efficient and obviously knew exactly what to do. They made a special effort to put everything back that they had to move in the process and the whole thing, including hookup and removing and reinstalling the front door, took less than 30 minutes.

The refrigerator is very large and holds a very cold temperature. The reason it does not get 5 stars is because the way it is laid out inside, it accommodates very few tall items. It was not designed with useful space in mind. I do like the separate drawer and the ability to adjust the temperature there independently from the top section of the refrigerator.

We live 1/4 mile off the asphalt on a shady lane. Even when we told the scheduler twice that they needed to send a smaller truck they kept sending a big box truck that the driver wouldn't take the risk of scratching up. The 3rd time they came the driver left the truck on the road and let me drive them to the house. Once here they did a nice clean job.

Purchased a 21.5 cf GE Refrigerator. They delivered, installed and took the old fridge. Very pleased with delivery/install. On-time, polite, professional. In/out in under 1 hr Love the fridge, works like a charm at a very good price

Guys were quick and efficient with the install. Set it all up and gave a run down of the features.

Is a noce design bigger i think its going to be smaller but works really good

The guys who did the install were great - moved out the old fridge and moved in the new without issue. BUT... 1 - they didn't bother leveling... wasn't until I asked about the door not closing that they took the base off and brought down the leveling feet. 2 - the store never asked about the door opening left or right. Prior fridge deliveries, moving the door was part of install. Not in this case. They would not move the doors to open from the other side. Said it requires a separate work order and $50 to switch it. Very frustrating. Hubby and I did it ourselves. Requires removing the door and moving hardware. while that door is off your food is warming up. This should be done when it is installed, not when it's full of food, so Best Buy should ask this question when you buy the fridge.

The two gentlemen showed up at the early end of the indicated time slot and were very helpful and courteous. They moved the old fridge and helped us clean up the area for its replacement. They got things plugged in and made sure the new fridge was up and running before taking off with the old one. Good Job!

Would of gave a 5 star if my freezer was delivered with any dents the first time. Other than that I’m pleased. The 2 guys that did come, they left a mess in my garage which I had to clean up. The first guys did well. I just wasn’t happy about the dent. But they made the turn around time to get a new one with no hassles at all.

This was a great deal for the price. The local delivery team came and removed my old fridge and brought in my new fridge in a swift manner. I was impressed on how fast they dissembled the handles on my old fridge and got it out the door, and I was equally impressed that they got the new fridge in the door just as quick. Due to Covid, they couldn't setup the interior of the fridge, but I easily took care of that myself.

the installer was able to adjust the doors slightly and unable to get them level after he left, I was able to move the refrigerator and the doors lined up
