Perfect fit to my garage, the only thing they had to do was plug it up

The installation gentleman did a great job and got us all set up with our new Fridge and took our old one away, They were efficient and polite and friendly The one issue I had was probably not their fault, but I was told the window for them to arrive was between 7 am-1 pm. They didn't call to say they were on their way until around 12:40 or so. I understand the need for a large window, but this was frustrating. Not being able to get any updates on when they would arrive. Maybe look into getting a better system to alert the customers and give them updates.

Delivery was very good. Two men had to lug refrigerator up a set of stairs. They were strong and efficient and courteous. Only problem was they did not hook up the water to water line/ice maker. Water line was there in the wall. Not sure if I paid extra for installation but they didn’t do it. My son had to do it the next day. However It is working excellently

Great service and works, no issues for us so go ahead and get it! They did scrape the side a big but it was a tight space

I requested a repair to my refridgerator because when I bought 5 kitchen applicances and they were installed they installed the refirderator doors unevenly so the left door does not close. I sent pictures when I requested the service repair so Geek Squad was aware of the situation. When the Geek Squad repair team arrived at my house today they went right to the refridgerator to fix the doors. They asked if I had any C rings that came with the original kit. I told them I did not because I had asked the people who installed the appliances if I needed to keep the extra parts and they said no. The Geek Squad left and said they did not have the pieces. I do not know why they would come to repair without the proper hardware. When I called Best Buy they said I needed to order the parts and have then schedule another repair. I am annoyed that I need to pay for an additional visit when the Geek Squad did nothing to resolve the matter.

Even if you think you're handy with the tools, do yourself a favor and have Best Buy install the fridge and water connection kit for you. It you mess something up you have only yourself to blame. But if they mess it up during installation they have to fix it. In my case they were in and out in 30 minutes. It was installed and connected perfectly and running like a champ ever since. Best Buy installation is a no-brainer.

I can only classified as F & E. Fast and Efficient. They were really fast and provided with all details that I needed to handle the new fridge. Great Job.

Excellent customer service from Mike and the delivery crew. Mike communicated very well and Mike went out of his way to make sure the delivery went smoothly. Fridge is working well.

Geek Squad service was fast, professional, and easy! They hauled away my old chest freezer and brought in my new Samsung Freezer in less than 15 minutes! They arrived in the middle of the 4-hour delivery window and called when they were about 15 minutes away. Very happy customer!

I purchased an Insignia™ - 7 Cu. Ft. Upright Freezer in December to be installed right before Christmas. The 1st set of installers were HORRIBLE. They dropped off the freezer in the box and Ran -- Literally! No installation; when we tried to flag them down, they ignored us. Understandably, when we opened the box, we found the freezer was damaged. We contacted Best Buys and they immediately returned the damaged Insignia™ - 7 Cu. Ft. Upright Freezer and replaced with proper installation and noted my account NOT to send the original delivery team to my residence-EVER. The rating I provided is strictly for the 2nd set of delivery personnel, Xavier and Buoy - they are AWESOME! They apologized several times for the extremely poor experience (which truly was not necessary). They are professional, courteous, and conscientious employees of Best Buys. Xavier and Buoy picked up the damaged freezer, and installed the Replacement very quickly. It was truly a pleasure! If I were to rate the 2nd delivery staff, it would be 100. If I were to rate the 1st delivery staff, it would be in the HIGH negative numbers. I have to state that I have utilized Best Buys on a few installation purchases and NEVER experienced this type of Poor service. However, Best Buys corrected the issue very quickly and offered a discount on the replacement which I refused. I was not looking for any discount - only the Insignia™ - 7 Cu. Ft. Upright Freezer which I purchase. I would highly recommend Xavier and Buoy for any installation - extremely pleased!

I have a narrow winding staircase to the second floor, destination on this refrigerator. It didn't fit through, but I appreciate the kindness of everyone to help us select a model that will.❤

The installation was easy and the installers were very nice and personable.

This refrigerator is exactly what I expected. Love the way it looks and it’s true to temperature. The door shelving options are deep enough to hold wide items. The three freezer compartments make it easy to find frozen foods. Would buy it again!

The freezer was delivered and installed promptly and professionally, although it took a while and prompting to attached the service agreement.
