This was a replacement for another brand that had a condensation problem. It is smaller because it is counter depth but looks better in my kitchen. So far I’m happy with how it is working.

Excellent service! They were able to swap out the damaged door from the first fridge Best Buy installed for a new perfect one. They took time to ensure the door, water line connected and properly functioning, and answers my questions about the fridge. They followed CDC guidelines and communicated well from the call the night before to keeping me in the loop on when they would arrive, and finished the service quickly and properly.

I can only classified as F & E. Fast and Efficient. They were really fast and provided with all details that I needed to handle the new fridge. Great Job.

The installation was excellent. Due to the size of the doorway, getting the refrigerator inside of the house was a challenge. The technicians worked hard to make sure the refrigerator was installed properly. They were both friendly and professional.

The guys installing this product did a great job of being careful bringing it into the house through the doors without scratching anything. There were two issues that I was not aware of until after they left (I was teaching a music lesson when they arrived so my wife handled the whole process). First, there was a guide wheel missing from the upper shelf in the freezer compartment. They didn't check it when they did the install. I feel like they should have done a brief quality check to be sure everything was working once they hooked up the water line. Also, they didn't install the water filter. They just left it on the kitchen counter in the box. When I saw it, I asked my wife if they installed one and she thought they did. Upon inspection, we realize the water filter compartment was empty. Don't know if that was part of their job, but I feel like they should have told someone we needed to install it if they weren't going to. But all in all, we are very happy with the product now that we got the filter installed and the wheel fixed on the freezer door. So if you get a fridge, just be sure to check everything while they are still at your house.

Great delivery. We needed our fridge delivered outside normal delivery area. Even though it was coming from quite a distance, it was delivered in the time promised. They also didn't have a problem finding our place even though it's hard to find. They had to take the doors off to get it inside, then reinstall the door. Did everything quickly with no issues and took all the packaging trash with them.

The crew was very polite and did a great job of getting the new refrigerator through a narrow door and hallway to the kitchen. They leveled and set up the frig, but could not connect the water line since it did not have the proper fitting. They took all of the trash with them and even moved my old frig outside.

Perfect. Installation techs were prompt, professional, and very respectful. Let me know what time they would be there, and that's when they were there. They were both wearing masks, gloves, and did all the work. To be as COVID-safe as they could, they asked me where the refrigerator was and that was it. I stepped back and within 10 minutes they had the new one hooked up and the old one carted away. HIGHLY RECOMMEND using this service with any and every major appliance purchase!

Great refigerator by Bosch. The Only issue I have is the water dispenser has issues to run water. There seems to be a few reviews on this. I tried to context Geek Squad and could not get someone to help address this problem and it started almost from day one. Other than this the refrigerator is very well made and has spacious room.

The guys did great. Had to bring through my back door on some ragidy old steps. Also no sidewalk. Very impressive!

We are very satisfied with the quality of delivery and installation of our new refrigerator. Delivery was made on time. The two delivery people (Mario & Eli) were careful with unpacking and bringing the refrigerator up the stairs and installing it in our kitchen. Excellent job, not a scratch on it.

The installation was very simple and the installers were very helpful. All my questions were answered and they showed me where the water filter.

I had a bad experience with the first installers that brought the fridge. They removed my front door and screen door to bring in fridge which was completely unnecessary. The entrance was wide enough to accommodate the passage. Then they left the fridge in the living room because they claimed it would not fit through the entrance of the kitchen even with the fridge doors off, which was false. I measured it in front of them and told them they will have an inch and a half of wiggle room. They simply refused and left the fridge in the living room. A week later, geek squad sent another pair of installers. Now these guys were good. The took apart my old fridge and reassembled it outside so I could use it in my garage. They removed the doors from the new fridge and had no problem placing it in the kitchen. They installed the fridge and ensured everything was working properly before departing. I gave them each a tip for the excellent customer service.

We had a 3 door unit that had to be removed & taken away because it stopped working. The 2 man crew had no problem getting the old one out & the new one in. It fits great with plenty of room & they took all of the shipping material off along with all of the tape holding things in place.

These two men provided the best delivery and install service I’ve received. The entry to my home was not well designed to move anything into the house. The team assessed the situation without a word of complaint. The set out to do a good job and do it right. Very good job!

Delivery people were prompt and efficient. They did forget to level it from front to back and the wheels were still down so it rolled a little each time I opened it. Easy to resolve and very happy otherwise.

Those poor guys were great! We had such a time with fridges! When I moved into my house the fridge that came with it started screaming (compressor?). So the guys came out and brought my new one, that one screamed also, so i bought a different one, the guys came out but it was pouring rain so we had to reschedule, finally got the new fridge here. They were patient and kind.

Very professional and friendly delivery team. They were quick and knew what they were doing.
