The crew was punctual and quick to connect the new fridge! They made sure I new how to change the filter and program the appliance.

Team was on time and installed my fridge quickly. Very polite and obviously interested in being sensitive to any concerns about COVID

When the Geek Squad installed the new frig, they didn’t level the unit. Plus they can’t figure out how to align the doors. I have to call the appliance manufacturer for a service call. The installers acted like they were in a hurry. I still have to remove the plastic wrap in places.

They grumbled when they found out they needed to remove the doors to bring the refrig. inside. Then, they were going to leave it without some of the feet they took off of it. Then they DID leave it improperly installed. When I pull the freezer drawer all the way out, the drawer drops on the floor. Also, one of the refrig. doors is not level and is allowing air to escape at the bottom. This is not my floor being out of level. It was like this on the showroom floor before I bought it.

When I had the refrigerator delivered. The delivery people hooked up the refrigerator to my existing water. The only condition they have is that you use a new hose to connect

The person who installed our fridge is very polite and knows what hes doing! Would definitely use their services again

Came in and got the job done. Quick and on time. Only thing is that the appointment was postponed twice before the actual installation.

The guys done an excellent job and took the time to show my mom the different features on her new fridge.

So glad we had this installed. They did some HEAVY lifting! I wish they had spent a little more time reviewing how to use it and leveling it a little better. One door tends to slam shut on it's own.
