The delivery guys took my old refrigerator out and had the new one installed and running in about 30 minutes. They were very professional and polite.

so I want to say the person who came to install was amazing. I was a little worried they wouldn’t be able to get through the door because my sliding door would not slide all the way into the wall but they made it work by lifting and were so nice, we instantly connected and they were super respectful and quick.

Best Buy's contractors were on-time, experienced & fast. Everything went great.

The two men had no problem putting it in the camper with a inch to spare through the door. They did a excellent job.

The Delivery guys were nice folks. Very easy to work with, and they did their job during a big move in, where dozens of my friends were wandering around moving furniture and boxes. The only complaint I have is that they had to remove my front door to get the fridge in, and now the door doesn't close exactly like it used to when it was first installed. I'm looking into it further.

I am always concerned that I will get someone who doesn't know what they are doing setting up appliances. Since I don't know anything myself, I really depend on professionals. Best Buy sent two techs. They were so respectful of my house, the furniture, walls, the door, everything. The fridge was wrapped extremely well and the techs removed every inch of outer covering and took it with them, along with the old fridge. They made sure both doors opened fully, and moved it accordingly. They were extremely efficient and friendly. Honestly, I felt so comfortable with the installation. I was very impressed!

installation went pretty well. They had some trouble getting it in the door but with taking a door off they was able to get it in. The only problem was that the door was not level. I realized that after they left and called the geek squid and that sent someone to repair that problem.

Everything went as planned. Rolled the Fridge into the house and had it working in minutes. Nice Work Geekers

Adrian and his colleague were very professional in the installation of my newly bought refrigerator. It was easily brought into my home. They connected the fridge and left it ready for me to use. In addition, they cleaned up after themselves, taking with them the wrapping and packaging leftover. Thank you for being so careful as well not to damage anything indoors!

I came in with my son looking for a small refrigerator that woild fit into a small area in my basement, we were helped right away and got the one we wanted. The installation was great. It has now been a month and the refrigerator hasn given me any problems great brand

They were very nice and did a great job, but they did not do the leveling of the legs for me. They did mention it would be easy to do. I was cool with that, but really thing they should have done it without communication from/to me. No complaints though, they took the packaging off and moved it into our place where we wanted it to be.

Everything was unboxed and set up quickly and efficiently. All tape was removed and shelves were installed, and the freezer was moved into place and plugged in. The temperature was set for the freezer, and everything was leveled as well.

The Best Buy duo that came both times were great. We had to replace 1st refrigerator during initial 60 days because of a door issue caused during manufacturing that wasn't noticed initially. We were extremely happy with the removal of our old fridge and install of our new fridge. No complaints at all. Many emails leading up to arrival and arrived on time. Came in and did what was needed quickly and efficiently. Will use BB installs again whenever needed on large appliances.

First off, thanks to Best Buy for handling an exchange so easily! The refrigerator arrived in a box, but had 3 pointed dents in one of the main doors. Fortunately, Best Buy had one in stock and brought it within a week to exchange for the dented one. Thank you Best Buy! The refrigerator is awesome - adjustable shelving, convenient drawers for just about any size container. Good Looking. Makes my 10-year old frig feel very outdated, and it was top of the line.

The second time they came to install the refrigerator, they were very professional and polite. They cleaned everything out and left everything working well. The first time other team came in to do the same, they were terrible and did not do a good job. Left a faulty refrigerator and did not install it correctly.

They arrived to set up the freezer within the specified time window. It took them less than 5 minutes to get a freezer into my house and all set up. They took all of the trash with them so that there was no mess when they were gone.
