Not much to say. Just connect to water shut off and then turn on water. Installer did suggest to throw out the first few batches of ice because of possible contamination in the water line from manufacturing.

Delivered on time according to scheduled appointment. Delivery team members were friendly and efficient.

This refrigerator/freezer was not connected because we did have a water supply source located within close proximity.

Our old refrigerator didn't have an ice maker so there wasn't an existing water source to tap into. Didn't phase the installers one bit and was quite easy to install myself.

This was done during COVID period and although hooked up quickly the workers forgot to turn water on! My recommendation is to make sure water is on before letting workers leave. This refrigerator did not have a drinking water option so there was only an ice maker hook-up which limited the testing of water coming into the ice maker.

Subcontractors could not be bothered. Best Buy states appliance set up and ready to go. Subcontractors didn’t even remove packaging or film on refrigerator. Were getting annoyed because couldn’t find the plug.

The repair man came right away and was able to fix the problem immediately.

The installation crew was amazing. They worked together as one; very impressive. They were very thorough in the set up and instructions.

I chose not to hook to water line. Do not use that much ice and already had ice trays.

Kent did a wonderful job of communicating before. He and his crew were on time and took the utmost care to prevent damage and explained everything.

The guys that delivered my refrigerator got me up and running cleanly and smoothly in no time. The installers explained some pertinent details about my fridge and cleaned up after themselves. Highly recommend.

The installers were very efficient and experienced. They had to remove the front door to get the refrigerator in, but they did it effortlessly.

This is the first time in my life I’ve ever had an ice maker. The delivery guys set this up us and we’ve had no issues at all with the ice maker. So happy not to have to use ice trays ever again!
