No issues but very rushed

Kept trying to get me to sign the form so they could leave before I could inspect the fridge. No installation was required but had to get them to adjust the footer/level before they tried to run off.

Bad communication, left unsatisfied

Then on the day of install I was told it would have to be by a third party provider they use and it would be on a different day. On the next appointment they showed up with just the metal connector hose and said they had made a mistake and would be contacting me to schedule a fix… still no word from anybody and I’ve just done it myself.. I’ve always had good service with Best Buy but I was severely disappointed with the overall experience
