The first time the item was delivered the installers acted like their only priority was to get home. After they left we discovered there were parts missing for the shelves. Instead of sending a replacement part BestBuy insisted on replacing the entire refrigerator. The second delivery went very well.

The delivery was timely. Guys were great. Made suggestions for install because I couldn’t get it through my door.

They knew exactly what they were doing! Answered all questions!

This service was absolutely horrible. To be fair, Best Buy outsources the deliverers and installers to a third party company but that wasn’t the only issue with this whole debacle. Where do I even begin...So after purchasing the refrigerator, I had to choose a six hour window for the movers/installers to show up. Needless to say, this was not ideal. The delivery location was an upstairs rental unit so I had to notify the tenant of this ridiculous time frame of availability. The time I selected was 12-6pm Nonetheless, on the morning of my scheduled appointment, I get a call from the guy asking if they “can come now since they are close”. I tell them “No” since no on if at the unit and won’t be until noon. He then proceeds to give me an attitude and says, “Ok, we will TRY to come back”. We then argue over his usage of the word TRY, which is then clarified to “They will be back later”. My tenant waits all day right up until 5:30pm when a crew of two arrogant movers show up and refuse to take the refrigerator up the stairs, claiming it’s a “4 man job”. They leave and advise I’ll have to reschedule, which I do - through geek squad - which explicit instructions to send a 4-man crew. I have to choose a date a week and a half in advance and another oh-so-convenient 6 hour window. When the day comes, another two man crew arrives, one of which is over 70 years of age. I get a call from my tenant again, indicating this crew refuses to bring the refrigerator upstairs and install it. Annoyed, I ask for their names and their managers name, which they refuse to give. Actually...I’m getting so annoyed typing this out...I’m going to just give you the cliff notes. Long story short...I ended up having to move the fridge and install it myself. I had a buddy with appliance straps and we did the whole thing on our own. It was a total pain in the butt but it at least got done. My advice: Don’t trust the service you are getting is Best Buy guaranteed. That’s a lie. It was terrible. While Geek Squad tried to accommodate, they refused to provide any information on the company they use for delivery and installation, which is the most backwards policy I have ever heard of. As a customer, if I am unhappy with the services provided, I should have a right to file a formal complaint with that company. I was refunded the money but am unsatisfied with the services provided and the amount of effort I had to put forth to get the product installed

Installer were professional , however my wood floor did get alittle scratched.
