Refrigerator is working great so far. Installation was done professionally. I especially like how easy it is to open the freezer due to the design of the handle. My only complaint is that the gray lettering on the stainless is hard to read and there is nothing to catch water under the water dispenser.

I'm a Whirlpool user. So when my 35yr old kenmore started making noise I knew time to replace before it died. After numerous stores I went with this unit. No frills. It's whisper quiet. Freezer works great. But fridge itself not so much. The door handles don't line up which I didn't think was a big deal. But 3 weeks later I now have a small gap in the seal. Whirlpool only services my area mon thru friday 8am to 4pm. No Sat. And I can't set the appt for a particular time slot its either am or pm. This is really inconvenient when you work especially after being unemployed for 18 months. I'm disappointed in Whirlpool. Then I was told I might have to pay for repairs. I've had this fridge 3 weeks! I think the seal and door should be covered. I'll update this review when it's serviced.

Best Buy delivery/installation of my refrigerator was excellent. The guys were very professional and were in and out within 15-20 minutes. That's delivering one refrigerator, assembling the handles, hooking it up to the water line after removing the broken refrigerator. I had them haul off the old one as well. My door ways are pretty narrow and they did an excellent job of removing doors to get thru, then replaced everything when they were done.

The delivering, installation and all details were complete in the date stated on the bill of sale. Two specialists or technicians complete the installation on time and, as I know, the installation was carefully finalized. The two technicians were careful, observing all details and were noted for their courtesy and professionalism! Thanks!

The installers did an excellet job. They were careful and effecient. They had to remove the doors on both the old and new refridgerators to get them through the front door, they did that quickly and obviously with lots of pratice. Before they left they made sure they had answered all my questions.

Excellent service and professionalism. The two men were diligent in making sure everything was clean and unharmed.

My initial purchase of the LG refrigerator had issues within the first week. The replacement frig is working well. Best Buy was quite helpful in getting it replaced.

My delivery and hinge flipping by these awesome Technicians was performed perfectly! It took 3 separate delivery of this refrigerator / freezer but after almost 4 months, it’s now performing great. The technicians arrived early and were very efficient and respectful to ensure not to touch & scuff the walls when placing in a very tight space.

Installation went very smooth. They had to move a large refrigerator into the house up a few porch steps snd into the kitchen. Refrigerator barely fit through the door, they made it inside and set it up without a scratch on it. Samsung refrigerator works perfectly and we could not be happier. Hauled my old refrigerator off as well, just s great experience all around very knowledgeable and helpful

The guys did a great job installing my fridge in my garage with the installation of the metal braided compression hose for the ice machine.

Quickly installed the fridge and plugged in and told the instructions for fridge to run smooth.

Just plug in and go! The fridge doesn’t have a Walter filter or ice maker but is a perfect size and price for a “spare” fridge in my basement
