I told the man that I was disappointed a little that because of Best Buy not having prompt service of obtaining appliances quickly I was forced to accept the floor model, but he assured me it would all be fine.

Nightmare-filled days started with our purchase of a Kitchen Aid refrigerator in the summer of 2022. Despite being more expensive than the other brands we bought from Best Buy, we finally received a less damaged one on the fourth attempt. We were tired by then, so we overlooked some minor cosmetic issues. However, after 9 months, the refrigerator suddenly stopped cooling and making ice. Since that day, someone from the service comes to our house every week. First, the compressor was replaced. Then, a part through which water passes was replaced because there was no water or ice. Despite that, it still didn't make ice and started leaking water inside. We called again, and they came. Now they say that three more parts need to be replaced in total. There isn't a single unchanged part in a refrigerator that's only 9 months old. And we're experiencing all of this during hot summer days. It can take the service approximately 10 days to come for each situation. When it first stopped working, they arrived about 12 days later. They even advised us to put our groceries in the neighbors' refrigerator. No joke, it's true. The refrigerator we happily purchased has become our nightmare. Every time they come, we wonder what they will come for next week. We definitely don't want this refrigerator in our home anymore. It's not normal for an item we're still making installment payments for to have so many malfunctions and require the replacement of almost all of its parts. We want a refund and for this cursed refrigerator to leave our house. And to those who are considering buying a new refrigerator, please, please, do not buy Kitchen Aid. Stay away. We don't want anyone else to experience what we've been through. And you, Kitchen Aid manufacturers, please do your job correctly. You have no right to subject us to this!!! Take back this faulty product of yours and refund us as soon as possible.

The delivery and install were without issues. The freezer showed up dented and the delivery man gave me the options. I opted to call the service number for a discount on my purchase. I called, waited, was put on hold three times for 15 minutes. The Rep had no idea what I was talking about when I mentioned the discount program and sent my call back to the operating/answering service. I never actually got the discount I’m owed.

I ordered a refrigerator from best buy. Once the geek squad installer showed up. They were very nice and quick. They came in installed refrigerator and cleaned up after themselves. Very happy with the sevice.

Really helpful team delivered our new fridge. We didn't measure correctly but they helped us as much as they could.

The installers knew exactly what to do, and how to do it. They even re-connected my second refrigerator up so it could still be used until the second new Fridge arrives!

It seems to be a wee bit smaller than I thought it'd be, but not by much. The shelving works great, seems to be a higher quality than last refrigerator freezer.

Delivery and installation team was courtesy and professional. Got things working despite challenges getting through a narrow doorway.
