The refrigerator removal and installation team took care to avoid damaging our floor and the new refrigerator

As long as you have a good waterline, you shouldn't have any problems with the fridge. Once we received a working fridge, our install guy Amar did an amazing job connecting everything.

This was such a help and no need to worry about doing myself. They hauled away old fridge too.

We decided to go ahead and pay for installation and were surprisingly disappointed. First, we have wood floors in our kitchen and have never had any problems moving appliances around on them. In this case we had several blemishes on our floors after the install. That's on us for not protecting them, but still disappointing. More relevant is the install itself: (1) the water line was left kinked so that water did not dispense or fill the ice maker; (2) much of the protective plastic on the edges of the doors was left on; and (3) nearly all of the protective plastic and styrofoam was left in the interior of the fridge and freezer area--to the point that not all shelves were installed. None of these are a terribly big deal, but we did pay for the install after all.

The installation was performed by Professionals from Best Buy!

The service technicians arrived on time and completed the job on time. They were very professional and curteous.

We had an awful time getting our new refrigerator. The product stop working properly after a half hour of delivery. The delivery folks were wonderful but it was a nightmare to get it fixed or exchanged. We had last minute service cancellations, a week out every time we had to schedule. So it took over 3 weeks to get a working refrigerator. Oh did I mention, they took our old refrigerator! So you’d think you’d get some priority but no.
