Installers refused to reverse the door direction

First they broke off two pine branches in the driveway (OK, that happens.) But after the initial set-up, they refused to reverse the door. I've bought at least 5 refrigerators from Best Buy over the years for myself and rental units, and the delivery/installation has always included the option to reverse the hinges and handle. The crew told me they were a third party and not allowed to change the handle for insurance reasons...what? They said someone from Best buy would contact me to set up another visit to do the 5-10 minute job. No one ever contacted me, so I had to do the job myself.
