Communication from the delivery people was almost non-existant despite several 'form' emails detailing what to expect. However, it's still COVID and everyone is having problems finding help so I'll give them as pass. But it took two tries before they could manage to deliver it.

Installers were professional and didn't argue about damage that was done at the store. They also noted that the fridge was not cleaned prior to delivery, which was not their responsibility.

When I am in need of an item that can be purchased at Best Buy, I always choose Best Buy. Their customer service is better than any other store!!

The doors are crooked on the fridge. The water dispenser didn’t work as they didn’t bother to turn the water in. I didn’t have any knowledge of anything which is why I paid them for the service.

Item was delivered on time, and installation was quick and smooth. They contacted me via e-mail to confirm delivery which was important.

This is necessary for installation of my Whirlpool Ice Maker. It’s used by the installators to complete the process. So just buy it. Your new fridge won’t work without it.

The guys who did the install of our new fridge (as well as ice connections) did a superior job. Maneuvering a giant fridge through doors and tight spaces without blemish is not easy.

Installers were great, however, we had to install an additional water filter for the ice maker so the ice did not taste like chlorine.
