The first crew could not remove a 48 inch refrigerator. The service wanted me to wait until they could get a different crew there but would not give me a date. In the meantime we were using coolers and dry ice in the kitchen and the new refrigerator, only 30 inches wide and without a water connection, was in a box outside waiting for space to put it in. I insisted that we needed this yesterday and they finally agreed to send the other crew the next day, so we waited again for the removal and install. If they have an issue, they should ask what size refrigerator is being removed and they do not. That said, the install simply involved plugging it in but the cord was too short so I brought in a grounded extension cord to do it. Why is this so hard?

A bit confused

They carried it in and set it near the opening. I plugged it in and pushed it into place….. I’m not sure what installation should have occurred. Hopefully I didn’t pay extra for something.
