Installers not allowed to hookup 1/4inch copper to refrigerator. No big deal though. Braded stainless line was supplied and hookup couldn't be more straightforward. No big deal.

The delivery service that delivered my refrigerator was absolutely the worst customer service we have ever had. As a Total Tech member, we were supposed to have free delivery, set up and haul off. The two boys that arrived could not get our old refrigerator out of the kitchen and gave up after ten minutes and then said that haul off wasn't included and were just trying to do it "as a courtesy." I showed them my order and that I was a Total Tech member but they didn't care. An argument insued and they asked "Do you want the new refrigerator or not? We can leave it in the front hall." While they were out getting the refrigerator off the truck, my husband and I (BOTH SENIOR CITIZENS - ONE HANDICAPPED) got the existing refrigerator out of the kitchen and pushed it into the front hall. They refused to take it even though they had to move it to the side to get the new refrigerator in. Their words "We are allowed 20 minutes per house and we have been here longer than that already." I tried to find a number to call Best Buy and while I was doing that, they were speeding away. New fridge with parts box in front hall, old fridge just sitting there right next to it. A total nightmare. My husband and I had to get the new fridge into place in the kitchen, install the water line, install all the handles, all the drawers and shelves, level it, etc. All of this was supposd to have been included in the purchase. I called Best Buy and they had to send another truck out (at no cost to me) to pick up the old fridge (after it set in the front hall for 3 days.) Not very efficient. The second group who came were very helpful and friendly. I know it is the individuals that arrive at your door that make or break a situation and in the delivery group, the "lead" was without a doubt the instigator in this debacle. The second guy kept apologizing for him and trying to remedy the situation that kept escalating because of the lead guys attitude.

Two persons came for the delivery. They were very professional. Moved the old fridge to another room and replaced this. Checked for leaks after the pipe was installed.
