Dent and packing material not removed

Poor Service from Best Buy-Third party Delivery

After scheduling installation of the fridge they asked me to talk to their dispatcher because there is an extra fee! Upon calling Best Buy while on the line with them, they said they cannot validate the information. I sent them a copy of the order that clearly outlines the service. They said that they are still going to charge me extra... So are we to pay double now? Is this the norm? Why didn't Best Buy outline a third party service fee may apply to the order? So now the third party company marks my installation as complete. They have refused to take back the fridge, they have refused to give me a name, once I calles customer service they gave me the name River Stone Logistics...the fridge is just sitting in my living room where they parked it! UNACCEPTABLE!!!
