The crew we had did a great job just to get it in the door. They went over the top with getting it in the house.

Worse install crew ive ever seen. They were just supposed to bring the refrigerator in plug it in and put in place. I removed the water line from our old refrigerator and left it hooked up to the wall. They unhooked the water line from the wall and lft it on the floor behind the new refrigerator. And when my wife aske them if they were going to hook up the water line to the new refrindgerator. He sai d he didnt have the dirrection to do that but didnt bother telling he he unhooked it from the wall. Everyone i talked to at the store when i bought it were very helpful and nice except the first sales person who tried to bluff his way through the "points" process untill i questioned him enough and asked for a manager to help him to make sure the point were applied to my account. Live and learn.

The water line connection went well, except for a bit of water that leaked when connecting.

The delivery people were extremely nice and patient. I had to clean behind the old fridge before they could move the new fridge in. I recommend everyone does this ahead of time.

Originally the delivery contractor wouldn't install the fridge because our water turn off was in the basement even though the literature said they would splice if it was more than 6 feet away. They wouldn't even leave it without connecting the water. They said it had to be connected for them to leave it. Next attempt was after we paid $105 to have a shutoff installed behind the fridge so they could connect the water to the new stainless waterline we were required to buy with the fridge. They didn't use the new waterline just the existing copper and he must have put a kink in it because the water was very slow coming out of the water dispenser. Needless to say, I ended up installing the stainless waterline myself and now it works perfectly. Wasn't happy to have spent $105 to have a shutoff put in for the delivery contractor not to even use the new waterline and for me to install it myself as I would've just shut it off in the basement!!!

The people that came to install our appliance was nice and knowledgeable. They taught us how everything functioned.

We're very pleased BB helped us swap out a different fridge when the original didn't fit.
