Very professional / quick/ friendly installers Took out our old fridge & installed our new one No problems

My delivery and hinge flipping by these awesome Technicians was performed perfectly! It took 3 separate delivery of this refrigerator / freezer but after almost 4 months, it’s now performing great. The technicians arrived early and were very efficient and respectful to ensure not to touch & scuff the walls when placing in a very tight space.

The gentlemen that delivered my freezers set them up for me and made sure they were cooling properly before they left. They were polite and professional.

installation went pretty well. They had some trouble getting it in the door but with taking a door off they was able to get it in. The only problem was that the door was not level. I realized that after they left and called the geek squid and that sent someone to repair that problem.

Delivery and haul away was quick and smooth. Installation was quick and perfect.

The two men had no problem putting it in the camper with a inch to spare through the door. They did a excellent job.

Quick even though it was hard to understand the techs cause they didnt speak English very well but they got it done pretty quick.

We found our refrigerator water source under our sink. The person who hooked up our refrigerator did a great job. We felt very confident in his abilities and was not disappointed. Love our new refrigerator.

Great fridge no issues so far have had it for awhile now

The installer did an excellent job and connected the water supply line to the refrigerator without any issues. He did it quickly and made sure there were no leaks.

The guys that delivered the fridge were extremely professional. They hooked up the waterline to the new fridge. It worked no issues, no leaks..Happy customer experience

The installers were AWESOME. Nice, caring guys, that came early in the delivery window. Took out old refrig and installed new. Very courteous and knowledgeable. Truly a pleasure. First off, thanks to Best Buy for handling an exchange so easily! The refrigerator arrived in a box, but had 3 pointed dents in one of the main doors. Fortunately, Best Buy had one in stock and brought it within a week to exchange for the dented one. Thank you Best Buy! The refrigerator is awesome - adjustable shelving, convenient drawers for just about any size container. Good Looking. Makes my 10-year old frig feel very outdated, and it was top of the line.

The crew was great they got everything done really fast and have had no issues.

The service technicians knew exactly what they were doing and made quick work of unhooking on fridge and installing the new one without any issues.

Installation went very smooth. They had to move a large refrigerator into the house up a few porch steps snd into the kitchen. Refrigerator barely fit through the door, they made it inside and set it up without a scratch on it. Samsung refrigerator works perfectly and we could not be happier. Hauled my old refrigerator off as well, just s great experience all around very knowledgeable and helpful

The Best Buy duo that came both times were great. We had to replace 1st refrigerator during initial 60 days because of a door issue caused during manufacturing that wasn't noticed initially. We were extremely happy with the removal of our old fridge and install of our new fridge. No complaints at all. Many emails leading up to arrival and arrived on time. Came in and did what was needed quickly and efficiently. Will use BB installs again whenever needed on large appliances.
