They tell you that they can deliver and install a fridge based on your measurements. The delivery company says they can’t after other matching appliances have been delivered and installed and they’ve taken your old ones. They were ordered the same day but not delivered at the same time. 2nd delivery company was able to deliver but say they can’t install the icemaker even with an existing line. The sales people need a lot more training to let the customers know the delivery rules. Best Buy was not helpful and the delivery company left even after being told that the fridge was coming in my home either way. No recourse as they won’t give the number for the delivery company. They will only pass our thoughts on. I won’t shop Best Buy for appliances in the future.

I liked that Best Buy insisted on putting in a NEW water line for the new fridge! Its more sanitary, cleaner and overall a boost to healthy clean water intake/drinking.

Installation team worked well together to install the refrigerator. They were knowledgeable and friendly.

On time and did not scratch my wood kitchen floor. Noticed problem with bolt on door and instead of ignoring it or covering it up, phoned in a work oder for bolt replacement.

This review is just for the delivery of my fridge, I am completely satisfied with the refrigerator but the delivery and installation was dismal. The delivery guys were supposed to install our new refrigerator and hook it up to the existing water line, they did neither. They did not install the handles or shelves or remove any of the plastic packaging from the fridge. They could not even locate the water filter or assure me that it was there. They barely got it in the door and they were leaving because we were their last delivery that day. They said "we should have been back hours ago". It was 5:30pm. Our delivery was scheduled between noon and 6pm. The only reason i gave them two stars is because they did deliver our fridge without any damage.

The refrigerator is great but the install service was very minimal. We had to tell them we paid for installation and they did the very least possible with poor customer interaction.

Quality water line at a great price! The line is steel braid and should lat for a long time. It was installed by the delivery people.

Nice Delivery guys But they Arrived Late in the day

Delivery and set up team for my new refrigerator did an excellent job. We are very please with their performance.

I waited 3 months to get my refrigerator delivered and when it came, the door on the right wouldn’t open, second delivery the same door squeaked opening and closing, 3rd delivery same problem. It’s a GE refrigerator I paid $4.300 for it. The delivery guys were great all three crews very professional they deserve 5 stars, but the brand only deserves 2 stars for selling a defective product, you can hear the squeak through the whole house.
