Had a Bespoke Refrigerator delivered paid for installation and water line hook up. Refrigerator wasn't level, freezer side door wont open, was told have something cut baseboard. Watetline hook up was right there easy to get at, delivery personnel refused to install, told me call plumber after i all ready paid for everything in CASH, not credit. I had Refrigerator and old dishwasher removed, area cleaned up, they were in and out in five minutes and i had to chase them down for waterline kit i paid for. Was told word for word "i will hand you blue box and note not installed so YOU cam return it. If i take you may not get refund." Walk with them, waited in driveway for this blue box that had water kit in it they drove away. I immediately called the number they called from to tell me they were on their way, was told again word for word. "I handed it to you" no sir you did NOT! i said i waited for you to go to truck to bring it and you drove away. Then you tell me, ughh ok ill swing back by and give it to you. No wonder you dont get your money back for things not installed. Oh did i say, packing wasn't removed from Refrigerator because i was told to have baseboard cut so freezer side would open. So very disappointed. Widowed Veteran on fixed income, byyself, i feel so taken advantage of. I have before and after pictures. You can change time stamps of pictures no less make this stuff up.

We already had existing valve and hookup so they attached right to it. Recommended I dump first batch of ice and pitcher of water. Nice and clean after that.

The techs were very nice and polite, and hooked up the refrigerator in a timely manner.

Delivery and set up was very prompt; in fact, delivered before estimated time.

This refrigerator installation with waterline hook-up was not able to be done in an older condo without a modern waterline hook-up that is specifically for ice makers. We had planned to run it off our existing plumbing from under the sink. The installers don't do this kind of work. This needs to be explained at the store during purchase.

Had the refrigerator delivered and installed. Installation was great, they were knowledgeable and efficient. They were clean and made sure all my questions were answered!!!

The unit itself is spectacular. The installation was non-existant. The Geek Squad, Sewkumar Persaud, was able to turn on the unit and connect it to the internet. The doors are still not aligned and we have to be vigilant about how the doors close. Otherwise, they remain open and the cold air escapes. Except for Mr. Persaud, the entire experience was, and remains, horrible.
