Nice crew but lousy claims service

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The crew was friendly and on time, but not really helpful: I had to remove the doors and hinges while they waited so it would fit through the door of the kitchen. I didn't mind having to switch the open side, but the process was not simple. The "installation" was not "ready to use". Worst of all: the delivery truck broke an outdoor light fixture mounted on a tree about 12 feet up on the way out. I don't see how they could not notice the noise of hitting, but they did not inform me of the damage. The claims process for this has not yet resulted in resolution or even investigation: I'm not satisfied with the Sedgwick claims process so far.
