Installers were fast and careful. Very knowledgeable about the GE Refrigerator. Good customer service on their part.

Instalation was not an easy task- I have small kitchen, however the " Geek Squad " accomplished the task with flying colors. They were very professional, polite, & helpful. Took their time & answered all my questions & concerns.

The guys who delivered the refrigerator were very nice and courteous. They measured doorways to make sure they could get the old one out and the new one in. They got to my house earlier than I thought they would. I think I was the first one in the time slot I had chosen. When I can afford a larger refrigerator, I will be shopping at Best Buy again.

I love my new refrigerator! It fits the space where my previous one was perfectly. I had a bottom freezer previously and am really liking the top freezer better. The layout of the shelving is convenient and easy to adjust. This new refrigerator is just right for my needs.

Installation was good. They did walk on my carpet with dirty shoes which i had to clean up.

Great job, Nary an issue. This is a great refrigerator! The quality, shelving and ability to change spacing is very good. We have 2 houses and this is the second one of this model that we've purchased.

Very please by the installation service personnel. They quickly removed the old refrigerator then after measuring the doorway, removed the front door and carried in the new refrigerator. No scratches, no damage to anything at all, including the front door. The water line was quickly hooked up, unit was plugged in and most of the packing was removed and hauled away. Front door was put back on its hinges. That was it. Just very pleased!

These guys worked good together. Had a plan, never saw one standing around watching the other guy do the work. They got in and out yet did not feel rushed! And actually got the call before they came like a lot of people say they will then you don’t get for one reason

Everything went well. The only issue I had was that the two men that came to install the fridge told me that they couldn’t install that day because of the size of the fridge and that they needed two extra men. So we had to wait about a week to install the fridge. But once the day came it was a seamless process.

The Best Buy’s installer were very quick and did a great job. I watched them installed the water line and they were done in less than ten minutes. My only complaint is they taped the water line in back of our fridge and it looked ghetto and the tape eventually fell off and the line too. I had to neatly place the line behind the fridge.

I'm rating this as only two stars because the original installation couldn't occur because there was still water in our water line at the time of install. Even though the water shut-off valve was turned off when the installer disconnected the water line from the refrigerator and water came out the installation was immediately stopped. This resulted in a 5 day delay in installation due to a holiday weekend. The second time around the installation went well. Care was taken when removing the old unit and installing the new refrigerator. Work was completed quickly and professionally.

easy to install ,simple , looks good came with all hardwear and only needed simple hand tools to do

At first there was a delivery glitch, but Best Buy was very helpful in making things right. When it was installed, the workers were on time and professional. We love our side by side LG refrigerator. It seems to have more room than the last LG fridge (freezer on the bottom).
