Installation service was excellent. The crew took care in its installation. They did not appear to be rushing through with the job. They were thorough. They explained the products features and recommended what should be done in the initial days of ownership to ensure that the product breaks-in correctly.

Guys did an excellent job. On time, worked quickly, got the job done.

They were very nice and did a great job, but they did not do the leveling of the legs for me. They did mention it would be easy to do. I was cool with that, but really thing they should have done it without communication from/to me. No complaints though, they took the packaging off and moved it into our place where we wanted it to be.

We had an awesome team delivering and setting up our range and refrigerator. They knew what they were doing. They worked in unison and didn't waste any time. They explained the appliance to us and showed us various things. They were very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, kind and clean. They cleaned up after they were done and hauled our old appliance away.

I bought washer, dryer and fridge from Best Buy and had it delivered and installed in my home including the connection to the water line. They did a great job.

Refrigerator is working great so far. Installation was done professionally. I especially like how easy it is to open the freezer due to the design of the handle. My only complaint is that the gray lettering on the stainless is hard to read and there is nothing to catch water under the water dispenser.

I purchased a new replacement refrigerator. Already had the water hookup but needed to replace the line. this was the one recommended. Easy to install. Good length.

I'm a Whirlpool user. So when my 35yr old kenmore started making noise I knew time to replace before it died. After numerous stores I went with this unit. No frills. It's whisper quiet. Freezer works great. But fridge itself not so much. The door handles don't line up which I didn't think was a big deal. But 3 weeks later I now have a small gap in the seal. Whirlpool only services my area mon thru friday 8am to 4pm. No Sat. And I can't set the appt for a particular time slot its either am or pm. This is really inconvenient when you work especially after being unemployed for 18 months. I'm disappointed in Whirlpool. Then I was told I might have to pay for repairs. I've had this fridge 3 weeks! I think the seal and door should be covered. I'll update this review when it's serviced.

The geek squad team installed our refrigerator and did an amazing job. No floor scratches no unit dents.

The Delivery guys were nice folks. Very easy to work with, and they did their job during a big move in, where dozens of my friends were wandering around moving furniture and boxes. The only complaint I have is that they had to remove my front door to get the fridge in, and now the door doesn't close exactly like it used to when it was first installed. I'm looking into it further.

The Whirlpool refrigerator had a problem with the first Frost building up in the freezer was not ceiling though but since I received the second one is work great I think Best Buy for all their support and help

Delivery drivers were polite, efficient, quick and wasted no time installing my refrigerator. The fridge doors had to be removed to get it through to the kitchen and it was done with care. Very professional.

Best Buy delivery/installation of my refrigerator was excellent. The guys were very professional and were in and out within 15-20 minutes. That's delivering one refrigerator, assembling the handles, hooking it up to the water line after removing the broken refrigerator. I had them haul off the old one as well. My door ways are pretty narrow and they did an excellent job of removing doors to get thru, then replaced everything when they were done.

I love it. It is exactly what I was looking for. The screen on the fridge is awesome and all the features it offers makes it a state of the art refrigerator

Everything went well. The only issue I had was that the two men that came to install the fridge told me that they couldn’t install that day because of the size of the fridge and that they needed two extra men. So we had to wait about a week to install the fridge. But once the day came it was a seamless process.

The installers came and set up the refrigerator in less than 10 minutes. They were efficient and also very nice. They respected my property and put it where I wanted,

I am always concerned that I will get someone who doesn't know what they are doing setting up appliances. Since I don't know anything myself, I really depend on professionals. Best Buy sent two techs. They were so respectful of my house, the furniture, walls, the door, everything. The fridge was wrapped extremely well and the techs removed every inch of outer covering and took it with them, along with the old fridge. They made sure both doors opened fully, and moved it accordingly. They were extremely efficient and friendly. Honestly, I felt so comfortable with the installation. I was very impressed!
