The best buy team was suppose to reach out to me but they have not. Otherwise it would get 5 stars

The delivery people only removed part of the wrapping on unit. Did NOT even take the shelves out of the box! Freezer drawer is very hard to open and close, has a lot of drag when trying to move drawer.
