As part of the refrigerator delivery Best Buy connected the water line. It was efficienct and they double checked for leaks. Works fine.

Installation was excellent. Israel and his partner (didn't get his name) were very careful---measured all tight points of entry and made sure everything would fit. They assembled the refrigerator parts and connected the water for the ice maker quickly and well. My thanks to them for the excellent delivery and installation of my new refrigerator and for taking the old one out to the carport for me.

Couldn't be easier to install since I didn't want an ice maker on this unit, So, the delivery guys had the easiest delivery all day, set it down in my kitchen,plug it in, push it back, and on to the next delivery! Didn't take more than 15 minutes total. It works great also. I had to turn the chill down it was too cold for my lettuce!

I was looking for a new refrigerator to buy and suddenly saw the Best Buy Ad with a Whirlpool refrigerator at a stealing price, so I immediately went online to order it, and the whole thing worked out really well, from pricing to delivery to the Whirlpool's great performance, Best Buy's delivery was on time and they'd notify you a day a head of the delivery schedule; plus tỷ delivery team also called you on the date of delivery to inform about their arrival time, so it was great. Thank you.

These guys did a great job with relocating my old refrigerator and installing the new one in the kitchen. They were courteous, on time and efficient in their work.

Positives: Nicely crafted and attractive refrigerator with stainless steel finish on doors. Double doors open to plenty of storage space. Doors will handle gallon sized products. Pleasant alarm indicates when door/s have not been completely closed after 30 seconds. A very large freezer capacity with good sized ice container. Very quiet unit. Plenty of light in fridge and freezer. Negatives: As with all newer models this one is 2 inches wider and several inches taller than our existing cubicle requiring the removal of a portion of wall. Although the front face of the appliance is stainless, the sides and top are a gray colored metal. The ice maker is positioned toward the rear of the freezer compartment and requires quite a reach to access the on/off switch. Most access to fridge interior will require both doors to be opened.

The Best Buy team did the installation with ease.. they know what they are doing and well prepared with needed tools to have it set up. We are very happy with it. And definitely will recommend to friends and family on Best Buy installation service.

The refrigerator/freezer fits well in our kitchen. It looks nice and functions well.

Start to finish I was completely impressed with the delivery and installation of my first refrigerator. The guys clearly knew what they were doing and got it done quickly. Sadly, the refrigerator failed so I will be getting a replacement in a few days. At least i know the delivery will go well!

I think this refrigerator is a great value and highly efficient. The side by side is perfect for my needs. Thank you for selling an exceptional refrigerator at a better price than your competitors, such as P.C Richards, Lowes and Home Depot.

Love, love my new GE Refrigerator. It is the best and meets all of our needs. It took four deliveries but once we changed the brand to GE everything was perfect! The Best Buy representatives and installers went overboard in making sure everything was perfect - thank you!

The individuals that came to set up my Frig were great. They were very nice and the made sure everything was working correctly. They also asked if I needed them to over the frig. Because this was just a basic frig there was no need for the go over. The head installer was very patient with the new installer which led to a great experience.

After first purchasing an open box Samsung refrigerator, we had the compressor malfunction, losing over $250 in frozen. It took us two weeks to get delivered an identical unit for $100 more. This unit was in very good physical shape with seversl minor pin dents in it. Still had drawers and glass plates in their original packaging, appearing to have never been in another home. It has ben a very well functioning unit and maintains the exact temp for which it was set. Excellent unit. Wonderful price. Great service on the 2nd unit. Very satisfied. We have referred several family and friends to your outlet store in Brookfield, WI for their appliance needs. Several had purchased a unit or two from you.
