Installer arrived on time after calling us to tell us he was on his way. Installation and set up went without a problem and he took time to review several different items and how they worked with us as well as answering our questions before leaving.

Very Impressed with the Geek Squad team that delivered our replacement refrigerator. So much better than the the Thirty party service that had delivered the first one that was damaged.

Bought refrigerator in store 11/9 so that could have before Thanksgiving. Installation scheduled in store for week prior to Thanksgiving was cancelled 20 minutes before schedule appointment. I had to find this out on my own via app and never got a call. Called Geek Squad and they could not help. Driver indicated that he not have enough manpower to install—elevator and no steps in building but for some reason said he needed 3-4 people to install. Rescheduled to following week with same driver and same thing happened 30 minutes before schedule appointment with same explanation, no call, and found out on my own via the app. Called Geek Squad again and got same lack of resolution. Geek Squad is not empowered and/or trained to solve Best Buy caused issues. Canceled order (($4700 refrigerator) as well as my Total Best Buy membership and will never do business with Best Buy again nor will my family and will proactively encourage friends to avoid Best Buy as well. Obviously will miss Thanksgiving plans due to the twice missed commitments of Best Buy. Of note, same day I cancelled I went to another local business, bought exact same product, will get in one week with their own delivery crew (2 people) and was $200 cheaper. Customer satisfaction is not a priority at Best Buy and unfortunately the front line service agents who are not allowed to solve problems get the brunt of unsatisfied customers. Best of luck

Great delivery and install experience with Best Buy team. Workers were quick and careful. Demonstrated the basic features of the freezer and explained the controls in an easy to understand way.

The installers were so nice and quick with everything. They unhooked the old refrigerator and got it out and got the new one inside and hooked up in no time. They made sure they were very careful with our door (which had to be removed from the hinges) and the frame when removing the old refrigerator and when installing the new one.

Love Geek Squad. Professional, friendly, knowledgeable and always on time. I would purchase from Best Buy vs other retailers just to be able to use Geek Squad! Had an issue with anchoring my new Cafe counter depth fridge and he came back the same night with the appropriate tools to make it right!

Installation was good. They did walk on my carpet with dirty shoes which i had to clean up.

It fit in perfectly to the area we had for it in our RV. It's not a large refrigerator but it has lots of well organized areas. Lots of things fit in it. Very pleased with our purchase.

The installers did a great job installing our refrigerator. They were patient in positioning the appliance in a way that was suitable for the space designed for the refrigerator. They also removed our old refrigerator with no problem.

Showed up on time, called ahead and were very professional.

I expected more from the team installing my refrigerator. One of the people was obviously brand new and had to ask numerous questions of his partner on what to do and how to do it. When all was said and done...they installed one of the refrigerator door handles upside down (the set screws pointed up where they were visible instead of downward), didn't level the refrigerator, and had difficulty attaching to my water line. I even had to remind them to bring in a new water hose, as it appeared they were just going to reuse the old one.

The men who installed this freezer were very nice, friendly and efficient. They made sure I had all the information I needed before leaving. They also took my old freezer away. It was a good experience.

Delivery was on time, and the delivery men were careful unloading the refrigerator. They unpacked the shelves and placed them in their respective positions. They attached the door to open in the desired direction, and they leveled the appliance so that the doors would swing toward closing. Finally, they plugged in the appliance and made sure it was running on moderate settings.

These guys did a great job with relocating my old refrigerator and installing the new one in the kitchen. They were courteous, on time and efficient in their work.

I had two return a fridge so I am not sure for what crew this is for. Both crews that came and installed were polite and worked hard. The first time they had to take the doors off the fridge to get into my house. They may have caused damage in doing so as the water dispenser valve was faulty, though not for certain. , I had to return my first fridge. Second fridge, so far so good.
