Freezer Delivery & Installation

However, the handle on the freezer is broken. The installer was going to order the part. I am still waiting (since the first part of December) for the part to come in. I am not happy at the moment.

Best Buy Nightmare

Three purchase attempts that ended with no deliveries because of a variety of excuses from the delivery company. One attempt ended in damaging the water line forcing a shutdown of the entire water supply and the delivery company left. Best Buy promised to pay the plumber’s fee but weeks later, no reimbursement received. The fridge finally delivered was the wrong model which I accepted out of complete frustration. The final deliver people (after many attempts) were great…

Bespoke refrigerator.

Has an abundance of room and features. I’ve had the item a month and I’ve noticed small scratches on the stainless steel drawer. Scratches too easily in my opinion.

Ice maker on the fritz
