The team had my fridge installed and leveled and working before I could down half a cup of coffee. They made sure we knew all of its parts and how to operate it. They did an amazing job! No more DIY for this chick! Thanks Best Buy!

The installation of my refrigerator is probably the best customer satisfaction experience of my life! With little to no room to remove the old unit & the amount of energy my delivery crew put into making sure that the new one was placed properly made this delivery experience one that Best Buy should be proud of!

They installed the fridge quickly and we'll and have had no problems. Were as accommodating as possible with time and area.

Didn't have them install because we decided to paint the garage floor but they arrived ready to do it.

Our house is built in a way that the refrigerator fits catty cornered in our kitchen. In order to get our old refrigerator out of the corner the doors had to be removed and the unit literally carried out of the corner. When the first third party delivery service arrived, they looked at the situation and said they couldn't install the new refrigerator because it would not fit and they left. I immediately contacted my local Best Buy where Amaria helped arrange a new delivery using a Geek Squad approved delivery service. When Alex and Alan arrived, I explained the situation. They came in the house, surveyed the kitchen and said it should not be a problem. They went to work and within an hour Alan and Alex had removed my old refrigerator and had the new one installed. Alex and Alan saved the day for us and they deserve a big Thank You.

I was very pleased with the delivery of my small freezer. The two delivery men were well spoken, efficient and answered my questions. The freezer was installed and the old one removed. The entire experience was great!

This is the second crew that came out to reinstall and reroute my water line. They did an awesome job. Much better than the previous team that came to install the first water line. Also the first team routed my water line through a unused under sink reverse osmosis system thereby flooding the entire fridge water system with water filtration that was unknown and hadn't been used in years.

Alonso & Miguel are the best installers I've seen in a long while. They greeted us, came in smiling and inspected the space, took measurements and confirmed the refrigerator would fit. The moved the old fridge and floated in the new one and answered all questions in a way that showed us they were Professionals. Thank you

The refrigerator. From Best Buy. Is wonderful to have. Had to wait 4 months. Because of supply problems. Delivered nicely. Only problem. Is that tit comes with ability to change opening to other side snd the cover fir that is heavy tape.

well I kind of have a bad and a good review the guys finally got it done but when they left they didn't turn the water back on to my refrigerator so I couldn't really get to the back of the refrigerator but it was just an honest mistake

A great starter or backup refrigerator. Not many frills but it gets the job done for those needing a basic unit at an affordable price. Looks good, runs smoothly and quiet. I recommend this for those needing extra space or just a good, solid starter fridge!

Very impressed with the installation! They were very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient! I would very highly recommend purchasing from Best Buy (good prices) and having them do the installation (really good quality work)! They did a great job and checked to make sure everything was working properly before leaving. They also gave some instructions for the use and operation of the appliance!

Our refrigerator doors were put back on unevenly. Plus the refrigerator has been making ticking and popping noises. The installers said it was all set up knowing we were not hooking up a water supply to the automatic ice maker. Well we got a notice from Whirlpool saying if there was no water hook up make sure the ice maker is turned off. Thanks to your installers it wasn't turned off. I think we'll try elsewhere to finish our kitchen and laundry room.
