The freezer was placed inside my home as requested. There was not a quick overview on use but it was pretty easy

Beautiful little refrigerator,,,I love it! It was one of only 2 french door refrigerators that fit in our space,,,bright lights, shallow so you can see all that you have in it,,,no more leaning over and moving the front things around so you can see what's in the back,,,couldn't be happier with it,,,

The installers were efficient, measuring spaces, planning out how they would complete the installation in our space. ( main living on the second floor and removing the old refrigerator). All told, they were here less than an hour.

Great crew for install. Would do it again. Refrigerator is great!!

First delivery was on point very detail, understanding, caring and provided excellent service. On my second delivery they were right on time, however giving knowledge or input to the guys it’s like saying I don’t want to hear what you say just let me do my job. Overall product is good

Called to ask if they could come early...YES! Arrived and began work immediately. Removed old fridge and put new fridge in it's space although the measurements were off and it did not fit. Was told had 14 days to return it. Was able to sand the cabinet down a wee bit and now it fits perfectly.

The installation was done very professionally and smoothly. One star deducted because the refrigerator was in the lock mode after the installers left so I had to figure out how to turn on the auto fill pitcher and make other adjustments.

Just plug in and go! The fridge doesn’t have a Walter filter or ice maker but is a perfect size and price for a “spare” fridge in my basement

I never got my rebate. But I love my fridge it’s really nice. The guys did put a scratch on it. We noticed it after they left !!

The biggest fridg we have ever had. Beautiful. The delivery crew was awesome,working til 7:30 pm to finish It is so big that it had a be taken apart to get it in the door, then reassembled. Wes is a first rate awesome delivery person.

The installers were very professional and careful to make sure the fridge was installed despite the narrow path to get to the location. They kept me informed of all the options and cleaned up after they were finished.

I ordered a new refrigerator for a rental property and scheduled it for delivery and installation. Our tenant was home to receive the delivery and installation. Your delivery and installation crew was fantastic and our tenants were very impressed with their professionalism, promptness and courtesy. The old refrigerator was in place when we bought the property. It had a working water and ice dispenser, so I didn't think I needed to pull it out and check behind it for a shut off valve. Although there was a water line, it turns out there was no shut off valve so I needed to schedule an appointment with our plumber before they could hook it up. The team was very courteous and patient while our tenant got us on the phone. We spoke with the installers directly and they were very understanding. I did ask if they could just leave the delivered refrigerator there, because our plumber could hook it up after he installed the shut of valve. We could take care of having the old refrigerator picked up and hauled away. I figured that would save them a trip back out to do a second delivery, and our tenants would have one less day of tradesmen in their unit. Unfortunately, they said they could not do that because that's not what they were scheduled to do. Once that shut off valve was installed, the second trip out to deliver and hook up the refrigerator was a different crew. Our tenants were very happy with this crew too. Overall very happy, but we could have saved them a second trip out had they had a little bit of flexibility.

The installation team was fast and careful to ensure that no damage was done. Fair warning: If they are removing your old refrigerator and it is oversized then make sure that they know to bring a four-person crew. The installation crew is only two persons, and they had to come back several days later with a four person crew to remove the old refrigerator.

The two gentlemen who came out were very professional. We measured the space for the refrigerator but not the entry door. They figured out a way to get the refrigerator into the kitchen. Any other crew would have left. I would highly recommend this crew.

They were polite and helpful. I was disappointed they couldn't haul my refrigerator but I was able to get rid of it. They did remove it from the house for me. The delivery was fast and installation was smooth for the most part.

Have had this refrigerator for several weeks now. It's working very well. Temperature testing reveals all sections of the box are at required temp. A nice discovery was that the box sits nearly flush to the back wall. I was hesitant to buy a house brand, but the brands i was looking for wasn't available for 2 months or so. Very satisfied with it.

They men was very fast and amazing at what they do.

This appointment was set up because the original installers didn't level feet so that left the doors remaining open and not self closing. I called BestBuy and they setup this appointment to remedy the door closing problem. The installers did their best but the doors wouldn't self close so we put felt shims under the front feet and that resolved the door closing problem.
