Ordered product, no delivery on sched day

Had to bounce back and forth between customer service agents. At noon agent told me delivery was still scheduled and the driver was out with other deliveries. At 3pm agent said I should be next up soon. At 7pm the agent said the delivery was cancelled that morning bc there were drivers due to illness. Had to find time off work again to reschedule delivery.

Didn't put everything back together
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.They got the unit without damage so I guess that's the goal but they decided to remove both my doors without asking before they started and then didn't put the back together correctly. The first crew didn't need to takes anything off and also got the unit in just fine. Left parts out that I had to re-install.

Horrible warehouse crew

Which basically took me a month to get. But so far the deep freezer that finally came non damage is working pretty good .
