    Was supposed to get free install and it was not processed properly so they delivered but was not able to install it. Even rescheduled to make sure it was to be installed from original delivery date. Tried to do it ourselves broke a pipe and our home got flooded.paid for a service we didn't get and then some. Did receive compensation of some sort so that's why I rated it a two star.

    Crew came in and claimed there was a water leak at water valve and did not change the new water supply house. Later I did it myself in 5 minutes. Also they left the fridge with with packing material still inside. They could have done a lot better.
