first andsecond refrigerator damaged upon delivery

The second Viking refrigerator that was delivered as a replacement is also damaged. The ice outlet is damaged. The refrigerator was left for me to use unit a replacement can be ordered - it is on backorder. The refrigerator door will not shut properly. I have to make sure the flap on the left door is open in order for the door to shut. I also have no functioning ice maker. I am thinking about cancelling this purchase.
