They left the fridge in the driveway. Instead, my 70-year-old father spent all day removing doors and moving the fridge himself, almost breaking his back. This service was included with purchase at no additional charge. Free or not, I relied on the wording and information of that service contract, and was let down. Had I known they were just going to dump the fridge on the curb, I would have planned accordingly.

Two attempts at Installation

I hired a plumber who confirmed there were no issues with the line or the shutoff valve. It was a frustrating experience because I had to pay the plumber when there wasn't actually an issue and I had to second a second install with Best Buy.

Poor delivery
