A keeper refrigerator.

There is continuous condensation on the water dispenser and between the freezer and refrigerator doors. Best Buy will replace the refrigerator as soon as I am back from my trip and hopefully, my new refrigerator will be a keeper!!!!

It is spacious and has held a large cake and long charcuterie board! I like the expanding shelf option!

Samsung 31 cubit foot refrigerator

They did an excellent job of doing so and moving my old Refrigerator to the garage. I love the fact that it makes 4 different kinds of Ice and a very large amount. We have plenty of space in the refrigerator and freezer part of the unit.

Poor installation I should have done it myself

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Although the unit was brought in to our garage intact, they wanted to leave very quickly and I had to force the main installer Steven to level it correctly. Initially he said it was level and rushed to take a picture. When I moved the level to another location on top of the freezer it was not. He then reluctantly adjusted it again and when I pressed on the left front it rocked back and forth. The second installer who didn’t speak English well, but was very nice asked for the pliers from Steve. He adjusted the other leveler and then it was fine. As Steve walked away he said see it was fine. I responded clearly it wasn’t. However after they left I looked at the installer instructions on the front door that said to be sure to remove all the tapes and styrofoam that hold things in place for transport. I looked in side and needed to remove 13 pieces of tape and 6 of the styrofoam pieces

I was a little scared to be home alone while random guys I don’t know came into my house, but now I trust whoever best buy sends my way. They were chatting with me the whole time and seemed like they were having fun while setting up my freezer!? Those guys were so nice and really made me feel comfortable having them in my home
