Waiting for resolution

Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I asked the installers after they placed the refrigerator in the kitchen about the water line kit that I purchased days before at the Mount Laurel Best Buy location. They said that it was not needed by looking at my existing water line and that I could use what I already had in place. I told them it was recommended that i buy the kit but conceded to their suggestion. They told me they would take it back to the warehouse and i would be credited on my credit card. This seems to be a lie because 10 days later my balance has not shown a credit, I tried to deal with this on line and by phone to get my refund but with no luck.
