Poor service

The installation of my LG side-by-side frige was definitely not acceptable. There were two installers, they both didn’t wear mask. I requested them to, but they said they didn’t have it. It was a straight forward installation - just connect the water line and plug in the power cord. I knew from previous experience that a good installer would get a glass of water from the water dispenser to make sure the water line is ok. This one didn’t even bother.

Whirlpool refridgerator install fiasco.

We had the doors reversed, to open on the right, but a part was missing. The geek squad said we needed a new refridgerator. Turns out the fine print of their install contract says the geek squad won't work with copper tubing. How can they say they install, but won't touch the most common situation? Deceptive! Any how they took the replacement back. We, have asked to speak to a manager 3 times over 7 weeks, haven't gotten a call back.
