Not stellar

First shipment was damaged, the 2nd time they came out they said it would take a 4-man team because we have a flight of stairs. It took almost a month to have our fridge installed. Best Buy rescheduling system with Geek Squad was far from stellar. We never could get the delivery rescheduled and there were issues with the system. The last time they came for delivery, everything went smoothly with the install.

Installation was ok but could have been better
