The water line for my new fridge was installed with ease. Now, I have great tasting filtered water at my disposal whenever I want! The installation crew knew a lot about this service and advised me on what to do before the water would be ok to drink. Just needs to run through the filter for the first gallon or two, same goes for the ice. But there were no leaks and it was done in a snap. I have peace of mind knowing this was done right by professionals.

They delivered it, placed in my garage & plugged it in. No problems, the freezer I ordered was in perfect condition. They did not go over any features or help set up the Bluetooth just placed it where I wanted it. Very friendly delivery drivers & called before they came.

The freezer installation was scheduled at the time of purchase. The installation team arrived as scheduled. They provided guidance on how to provide better access through our sliding door. The old freezer was removed and the new freezer installed without a hitch. We are very pleased wit the service provided.

Installation was quick - installers had to remove the front door. If my husband hadn’t been there to help I’m not sure they would have been able to do it themselves (ordinary front door). No problems with the actual installation- refrigerator was installed and ready within 1/2 hour.

Nice.Set up and delivery was nice and quick.The refrigerator was just what we wanted it seems to make strange noises but we read where it might not be level.

I recently had a refrigerator delivered from the install crew from Best Buy. The young men who came out were very polite, extra careful and went above and beyond to be helpful. I would highly recommend them!

Had the refrigerator delivered and installed by Best Buy. The guys were GREAT! The install and water line hook-up could not have gone better. Plus they showed me how to install the water and air filters, and how to program reset the filter when I change it in 6 months. They cleaned up everything and took all the packaging with them. Great experience!

Thank goodness Best Buy does delivery and install upstairs. They installed my fridge fast with no problems and no damage to my floors or anything. Fridge is working well and looks great in the space.

They were leaving without having unpacked the multiple shelves, but were leaving them in a large pile on the countertop. However, they immediately unpacked them and put them in place when I asked them to. After they left I discovered that the electrical cord was trapped under one of the wheels, but with my sister's help we were able to get it out from under the wheel. Not too easy for 2 elderly women, but we managed. Also after they left I discovered that their truck had left the driveway and driven over some of my plants. To give them the benefit of the doubt, though, it was a pretty large truck.

The entire process was great. The price was great and installation went well.

For an apartment size refrigerator , so far it works just fine , wish it was a bottom freezer in the same dimensions , bottom freezers are better for seniors less bending

I was able to use my existing water line so it was super easy install. The workers installing were very knowledgeable and polite and quick.

On like my microwave install this refrigerator install was perfect.

The store installation was very smooth, The two gentlemen were extremely careful removing the old refrigerator and bringing in the new...I have a low pendant light they went under, and didn't even hit the chain...amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They explained much of what we would need to know and how to work it,

Initially warm water cones through dispenser but then cold water. The freezer makes big noise after dispensing water, it is normal per GE. The freezer width is very small (8/9”), doesn’t have shelf over the bin. The door shelf is extremely small. The fridge section is specious, and good space on the shelves. The outside surface needs to be cleaned with solutions as it leaves finger prints which don’t go away. The booklet doesn’t give instructions how to set the temperature for fridge and freezer. My fridge stuff got frozen. Sent email to GE but haven’t replied. That’s not good☹️

Two installation appointments were needed to get things right, as I needed the door reversed on the refrigerator to have it work properly in my kitchen. The original delivery men were rude, surly and in a hurry, leaving me no time to sweep the area where the older unit had been, They also refused to change the doors, necessitating a second appointment. However, the second pair of installers did what was needed and answered my questions. They were professional, had the tools needed and worked quickly - these men rated a 5 while the first pair would have earned a 0 or less.
