This service was included for free if I purchased a hose, which I knew I wasn't going to use. I could've easily done hook-up myself, but allowed installer to do it so that there could be no question who connected it should there ever be a problem. Installer was very quick, and waited to make sure there were no leaks.

The delivery team was well trained as an installer team as well. The two of them worked in unison to unpack, assemble and set up the entire refrigerator in a very short time. They were efficient, neat and friendly.

Installers were quick, friendly and professional. Unfortunately tjhey didn't use th spacers for the doors and the doors were not aligned correctly.

The install of the fridge was very quick and easy.

I needed because refrigerator was going to the lower level and the stairwell has a 180 degree turn. They got there without touching the walls and reversed the hinges. They were really nice. A big thank you to the delivery guys.

Great product. Easy to use. Holds everything I need

The replacement fridge was delivered for the one that had defected freezer door on October 6, 2023. Everyday we are kind of holding our breaths and wish for this replacement fridge is lasting. Exactly the third week of the delivery date, the fridge continuously makes the sounds like lawn mower sounds every-five-minute.

Very sleek looking refrigerator. The freezer section is very spacious. The lower section of the refrigerator is spacious and very convenient for storing both tall and small items. The refrigerator does make different noises. However, it keeps things cold.

Install was easy and painless and quick. They were in my housed less than 20 minutes and everything worked just fine!

The young men who brought my freezer out were very courteous and worked effortlessly. I appreciated them for making my installation well worthwhile.

It's seldom you get this kind of service; but I appreciate it so much. Everything about my refrigerator experience was a breeze; including a little mix up. But everything was taken care of promptly and kindly. Can't ask for better than that!

Very professional both men did very well I love my refrigerator

We found the right refrigerator at Best Buy and the staff was great explaining the features. Delivery was great as well as the 2 men had to carefully navigate the doorways. After 2 weeks we found a sliding door was not closing properly. Best Buy sent a repairman out, he diagnosed the issue and ordered a new door which came in 2 weeks. When he installed the new door he found the problem did not go away. He called the store to verify it was different from what the manufacturer designed. The store verified it was just ours and Best buy replaced the refrigerator with a new one that works perfectly. Great job!

The delivery team made fast work in getting the refrigerator delivered & installed. They explained what we would need to before using the water or ice. They assembled all the shelving & left the area very clean!!
