So, no problems getting the new unit brought in or moving around of old appliances, they did a great job at that. However, they did not remove all the tape or coverings on the fridge and they did not do a proper install. My ice maker was leaking water because they did not level the fridge correctly with the screw out feet on the bottom of the fridge. Apparently this is a regular issue as the LG tech support new exactly what do look for using the virtual checkup with my phone. After contacting LG tech support and getting the fridge set up correctly, I no longer having the issue. So, if your buying an LG fridge, make sure the installers lower the feet and provide a slight rise to fall front to back with the fridge.

I was able to use my existing water line so it was super easy install. The workers installing were very knowledgeable and polite and quick.

Everything was installed well and I really appreciate the installers help.

The guys that delivered the freezer were very nice and careful with the freezer which was installed in my garage. They placed it where I wanted it. However they did not level it so guess I'll be doing that.

The refrigerator doors needed to be reversed, but the installers said Best Buy did not allow them the time to do this. So I had to make ANOTHER appointment to have this done.

The techs were very attentive to the delivery and installation. They new exactly what to do when they delivered the refrigerator. The tech brought the tools needed to connect the water line for the ice maker.

The guys were very professional and too the necessary time to make sure not to hit the walls with the removal of old fridge and bringing in the new one. They made sure everything was cleaned, explained what I should expect the next 24 hours after installation from the fridge and reviewed the app with me.

Well after a week of working it's doing great so far I hope it lasts a long time we needed a refrigerator after 4 refrigerators since November later of purchasing from Best Buy I hope it this one will works

Installation was quick. They came hook it up on the water line . Works perfect.

Installation was pretty quick. The techs left two minor items for me to adjust on the doors but all in all was good.

It was installed and ready to use in minutes. Very impressed by the refrigerator. My husband had to do install bc the space needed an solid oak cabinet trimmed. We live in an well made rv. These gentlemen were willing to wait, but we told them to get back on the road. It could be handle by us.

Installation was very fast and good We used existing water line that was almost new.

Guys were nice but didn’t want to deliver fridge. First one they swore wouldn’t fit. We went back and measured and bought another smaller then our current and they said same thing. We told them to bring it in anyways. Fit fine. Was out a fridge for a week because of this.
