I had a plumber come stat and fix it. Then installer, who stated he’d come back the same day if I could get a plumber that fast, refused to answer his phone. His manager and 2 customer service staff attempted also to call him, he did not answer his phone ever for the following 6 hours, now day over. Customer service apologized and said a manager would call me 1st thing in the morning to straighten things out and get a new installer. My food is on ice in garage- need more ice- hassle- had to clean water mess too, now had to drive to store as no one calling me… I could go on and on but you get the gist by now… zero stars. The guys that showed up at 6 pm Saturday night were nice and did a good job but I was over it already.

Had to install ourselves

Barely competent

Only one of them spoke semi-clear English. Taking the new unit's doors off, they lost a screw and a screwdriver bit in the grass of my front yard and spent time finding them. Their dolly looked like a toy. When they removed my old unit they banged it into my cabinets and my front door frame. They tried to put the tight-fitting new unit in top-first (several times). I had to tell them to put the bottom in first. They were very good at removing and reinstalling the unit's doors, but little else.
