Water install not required.........................

The installation was on point. The product was thoroughly checked for any imperfections and then properly installed. The technician went over the various controls and asked if I had any questions. The manual is easy to understand. We are very pleased with the overall process.

I feel the delivery person felt rushed to complete this installation. He seemed to "forget" and rush things he might not do normally. I was happy with the installation by the delivery person except for: 1. There were may areas of plastic film and tape not removed inside and outside of the refrigerator and freezer. I had to remove it. 2. There are two areas of damage to my entrance to my kitchen done by the delivery person when placing the refrigerator in the kitchen. There are large gouges in my paint and drywall. Other than that, the delivery person was very polite, very courteous to my duties of teaching my students during the delivery

The team was knowledgeable on the couple of questions I had. They were also super quick to get the new fridge in.

Absolutely always get the installation and delivery from Best Buy. All liability on them and they come back to replace or fix anything that’s gone wrong. The doors on my fridge were a bit off alignment and they came back within two days to fix it up. 5 stars for sure

The chest freezer functions as it should. This is the second unit as the first delivery had external and internal damages that Best Buy resolved by replacement.

The team that came to install the refrigerator was perfect in every way. The person in charge knew exactly how to install the refrigerator and get in working perfectly. They were organized and completed the job well. I was very impressed,

Guys were nice but didn’t want to deliver fridge. First one they swore wouldn’t fit. We went back and measured and bought another smaller then our current and they said same thing. We told them to bring it in anyways. Fit fine. Was out a fridge for a week because of this.

The technicians examined our service and did a great job hooking up the waterline. No leaks!

The delivery driver and his helper were awesome! They brought it up three flights of out door stairs, and installed it in the spot it needed to go, and turned it on, set the temp. and ever went over the setting with me. They were in and out in about 10 minutes. Highly recommend.

Installation can sometimes ruin the memory of buying a great product, but in this case, the installers did a bang up job. They were friendly, courteous, professional and were in and out in no time flat. It was a great experience to end a satisfactory purchase.

Its a straight forward installation...but i guess if they are hauling away the old fridge separate charge of course its a good services just to get everything done

Quick and clean install. They did a great job hooking everything up fast. And were very helpful.

The gents that installed my fridge were absolutely wonderful and professional. They were friendly and were very careful not to damage my flooring. They walked me through EVERYTHING on my fridge to make sure I understood the features and even went so far as to show me and point to each item. Walked me through how to change the water filter and even gave me pointers on how to safely protect my floors if and when I wanted to clean underneath it.

These guys were experts at what they do. I really appreciated the delivery and set up of my replacement freezer. Clean up was thoroughly done. The product itself is well made. Easily handles New Mexico green chile for the year. Plus what ever else is needed.

I’ve had several Best Buy appliance installs over the last three years and they have all been stellar. The people that do the installs are kind and considerate of myself and my home and they know their stuff. I’ve barely needed to review my owners manual for some appliances because they have explained everything so well to me during install.

The installers that came out to my house were very helpful, and knowledgeable about the product. They were able to hook up the fridge to my water line, and (with my permission) even removed a piece of my trim that was sticking out a little too far. They explained the process of flushing the ice and water systems, how to change my water filter, and how long I would need to wait until the fridge was ready to use.
