The delivery and installation was done by a couple of guys who were courteous, competent, and prompt. My old fridge was quickly hauled away, and the new one hauled in, placed, plugged in, and leveled in a few minutes, and they made it look easy. Communication was excellent. They are a large part of the reason my next appliance purchase will be from Best Buy.

The 2 gentlemen that delivered and installed my new refrigerator did an absolutely amazing job, they called ahead, they worked hard and were careful not to damage anything, they hooked it up to the water supply and made sure everything was working properly. They measured all the ways in and out and chose the best. These guys were true professionals .

Stainless steel and flexible. Works well. Does what it should. No worried about leaks as with plastic or rubber hoses.

Anthony, Jermy and Mel were fantastic They went above and beyond to make sure my refrigerator was up and running properly. Had a slight problem with one of the doors on the refrigerator was higher then the other. Anthony jumped right in and fixed the problem. Those guys work very hard. GIVE THEM A RAISE

This freezer is very great. Noiseless. Freeze without ice it’s ideal for both indoor and outdoor. I use mine indoor and you won’t even realize there’s a freezer at the corner. Noiseless and very effective.

Love this fridge! Holds a lot of food for just two people in a studio apartment.

They stated they couldn’t install the water to frío, had to pay a plumber to do it and it cost me a lot.

Great as well. The guys took good care and pride during the process.

The two young gentlemen who came to install our refrigerator were punctual, polite, knowledgable, and awesome! Everything went smoothly. They brought in the new one and left with old!

We love our new LG fridge, and the guys were really awesome who installed everything quickly and efficiently! They took old fridge (freezer died) with ease (not an easy task!).

The drivers/techs were very courteous and fast, but when they installed the fridge some items were less than satisfactory. The main issue was kinks in the water lines. This caused slow/low flow and strange noises. Once we determined the issue and corrected it the unit has worked without issue.

Item is working fine. Delivery went well. Happy that the rep was able to switch my delayed, no one can find info on when it will be available fridge to this one and get it to me as promised w/ no other issues.

This review is for the delivery and installation of a new fridge. The Best Buy delivery guys were knowledgeable, fast, professional and very careful. The delivery path to the kitchen was tricky, but the delivery guys expertly removed the doors, carried the fridge up the stairs, and reattached the doors quickly and efficiently. I wasn't able to get their names, but they were great!

Did not leave me copies of receipts that I signed when delivery was made and other refrigerator was removed. Refrigerator makes a funny mooing sound constantly coming from the motor. Roomy nice.

Great job they put it right in. Plugged it up it’s been great ever since.

Good installation overall. A few issues... but they resolved them. Thankfully the crunch during covid is over, so they should be in better shape now for installations.

I had 2 separate appointments. The first the gentlemen were so professional and I had plumbing issues. They did such a good job I asked for them the 2 time to finish the job but could not make that happen. The second 2 gentlemen were as good. Was able to install the refrigerator with no issues and I am grateful
