Unprofessional

The team showed up and kept saying they couldn't do because of "liability"; I could tell they just wanted to be done so they could be done with their day. I was irritated and done arguing with them. Plus, they didn't remove all the protective film from the fridge nor did they explain much about operation. Sorely disappointed. Wish I could remember the name of the contractor as I would NOT recommend.
