This scooter has great power, it’s lightweight, and gets good speed! Well worth the money!

I've tried a few different electric scooters in the past couple of years and this is by far my favorite. It's powerful, portable, and has a sleek design that really sets it apart from the other scooters in the market.

Very nice and smooth ride with long lasting battery snd good speed also able to cancel at any time

Battery life is lousy and the solid tires are a little rough of a ride

A wonderful experience, I could get around the city at ease and with a speed of 16 mph I could get to work and to the market all in one charge easily.

It was a smooth ride. The scooter was surprisingly lighter then expected and more stylish then suggested.

This scooter is so easy to use, and the fact that it comes with free maintenance is a huge bonus. I wish it had a phone holder but I use my Apple watch.

You have to put a $200 deposit down to get the scooter. They don't tell you that. I asked Best Buy to refund me and was told I have to contact the company. They have no contact information, no help information, not one thing for contact at all. All the site do is let you pay and process it. I would not even give it the one star. No I am out of 20.00

I've been riding electric scooters, bikes, motorized bikes and every type of accelerated scooter you could think of since the early 2010s when they started getting traction (no pun intended). Name the brand, I currently have or had it. In my decade and a half years of riding, I've never, NEVER, felt a smoother ride. The thing rolls like its on ice. So impressed with this one Unagi. Impressed!!

Looks and rides nice but the handle broke off when I fell and it’s made out of cheap material inside

I use this scooter to reduce a 2 hour walk from work to home to a 30 minute ride to and from. even several of my coworks have strated thinking about getting one for themselves or for their family members. and all for 60 bucks saves time and money going to gas stations.

I wemt through about 20 reviews and from what I can see im definitely getting one! Amd i really like renting it monthly amd thst you can cancel anytime so i can het one for the summer return it in the winter and just repeat each summer save money on gas and make my commute so much easier and fun

Product was everything it said it was anymore you won't be disappointed, there's not a better E- Scooter out there that offers this type of service, and that you can return whenever you'd like to what's better than that! Awesome thanks

I was hesitant to rent an electric scooter at first, but the Unagi has completely exceeded my expectations - it's the perfect solution for short trips around town! I was hoping for bigger tires but the free maintenance makes me feel better.

Didn't see this listed in the description anywhere. Definitely disappointing, it's refundable but not something i was expecting.
