I want my money back you can only talk to unagi via email and then best buy I already told them that unavi denied me and they are giving me the run around now

The reoccurring price is $59+ per month, after a $200+ deposit and start up fee. The scooters are cool I'm sure-- but this is NOT as advertised!

It took them 2 months to ship it and tried to charge me for the months I never even got to ride , I award them no points and may the lord have mercy on their souls.

I emailed Nuagi and explained the situation but they did not bother to provide a replacement. PLEASE DO NO BUY THIS SCOOTER. ITS A SCAM

I couldn't get help from anyone.

Misleading Scam

Nothing was listed prior to purchase, do not buy this as it's a scam to get $20 from you unless your willing to spend an additional $200. Such a waste.

They didn’t keep me updated on anything and they turned off their phone number they listed to contact them at. Then after sending multiple emails they declined me and said I was a risk factor. Don’t bother

I could have just went right to their website and didn't it myself. But best buy charged me to basically transfer me to scooters website. So I'm out that money and didn't even get the scooter.
