Need Best Buy customer support

The broken English of the Call Center reps is nearly impossible to understand and leaves me frustrated. I ordered 4 devices 1/6/23. I have only received 3 as of 2/10/23. National Customer Service will not search the entire USA to identify devices in stores. They will only search 250 miles around me. If you are reading this and part of the Best Buy Corporate Office, please reach out to me, you should be able to find me based on the notes in my order Jan. 6 with delivery to Lafayette, La.

Money is deposited the next day unless its on the weekend. I would give more stars if they didn't charge fees on cars swipes or sending invoices.

Good System and speedy shipping
